Join us for free weekly mindfulness meditation sessions, led by mindfulness facilitator, Jennifer Howd. Each session will include guided meditation and silent practice time, along with a suggested daily life practice for the week, and the opportunity for community sharing. Chairs will be provided. Please feel free to bring your own meditation cushion.
Jennifer Howd is a writer and mindfulness facilitator living in Los Angeles. She studies mindfulness at UCLA’s Mindfulness Awareness Research Center and offers mindfulness classes, workshops, and personal guidance to facilitate mindfulness as a way of life.
