Join us for a free guided mindfulness meditation session. Each session will include opening comments, a guided meditation and/or silent practice time, and closing comments that include a suggested daily life practice for the week. The sessions are led by Kristen Lisanti of Mind is a Verb and by periodic guest leaders. Kristen is a five-year practitioner of mindfulness meditation and has trained in mindfulness facilitation with the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center.
