Bring your own mat if you have one; we will be able to provide some mats and props. Arrive on time to ensure your spot; there will be no admittances to the community room after 11:05 a.m.
There will be a special yoga introductory session for kids under 8 at 10:30 a.m. The yoga class from 11-12 a.m. is intended for ages 8 and up, but there will be activities for younger kids in the room so you can keep an eye on your little ones while working on your practice.
