LAPL's Free Summer Lunch Program Feeds More than 600 Kids and Teens in First Two Weeks
LAPL’s Summer Lunch program is off to a successful start with more than 600 kids and teens receiving free meals in the first two weeks of the program. The free lunch program is sponsored by the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and is open to anyone age 18 and under.
Free lunch is provided from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Central Library and Pacoima Branch Library. The program now entering its third week runs through August 2.
