2008 Children's Reading Club
Children, welcome to the Los Angeles Public Library’s Summer Reading Club! This year’s theme, “Reading Magic” is sure to conjure up some fun and excitement. You can go to your local branch to sign up or you can register online. When you come to the library during the summer you will receive a free folder with some nifty magic tricks. You will get a bookmark and a special Reading Magic bag. The library will host author visits, musicians, storytellers and artists. The library is your first stop for recreational and informational books, computers, cd's and DVD's. Spend the season reading for pleasure and participating in the fun programs at your Los Angeles Public Library.
