Third in Cahill’s "Hinges of History" series, Cahill
now brings his wit and insight to the legacy, good and bad, of the
ancient Greeks.
In his "Hinges of History" series, Cahill retells the
story of the Western world as the story of the great gift-givers,
those who entrusted to our keeping one or another of the singular
treasures that make up the patrimony of the West.
Cahill is also the author of "How the Irish Saved Civilization," "The
Gifts of the Jews," and "Desire of the Everlasting Hills." He
was recently invited to address the U.S. Congress on the Judeo-Christian
roots of moral responsibility in American politics.
