Richard Meyers is an associate professor of art history at USC and author Outlaw Representation: Censorship and Homosexuality in Twentieth-Century American Art . Outlaw Representation was awarded the 15 th annual Charles C. Eldredge prize for Outstanding Scholarship in America Art by the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
