
Jennifer Gilmore's work has appeared in magazines, jourÂnals, and anthologies, including the New York Times Magazine, Allure, Nerve, and Salon. She lives in Brooklyn, New York. Her debut novel, A Golden Country, vividly brings to life the intertwining stories of three immigrants seeking their fortunes. It was both a 2006 Los Angeles Times Book Prize Finalist as well as a National Jewish Book Award Finalist.
