Brenda Trani is a recent graduate from Los Angeles Public Library’s Career Online High School. We talked to Brenda just before our March graduation to ask her about her experience.
On March 14, 2018 Willie Howard graduated from the Los Angeles Public Library’s Career Online High School program. Born and raised in Los Angeles and the oldest of 6 children, Willie has been a patron of the Central Library for many years.
The Los Angeles Public Library celebrated the 100th graduate of its Career Online High School (COHS) in a ceremony at Central Library, which featured Mayor Eric Garcetti; City Librarian John F. Szabo; and Bich Ngoc Cao, President of the Board of Library Commissioners.
On September 1, 2017 the Los Angeles Public Library hit a big milestone with the Career Online High School (COHS) diploma and career certificate program when Tania Velasquez completed her coursework to become the 100th graduate!
