Tyree Wieder
President

Dr. Tyree Wieder, President Emeritus of Los Angeles Valley College, served as President of the college for 14 years and has been an educator and administrator in higher education for over 30 years. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley, the Valley Industry and Commerce Association and the California Community College Chief Executive Officers. Dr. Wieder holds a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from California State University Northridge and a Doctoral Degree from UCLA in Higher Education Administration. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Institute of Educational Management.
