Julie A. Mendoza, Vice-President. Dr. Julie Mendoza is the Southern California Director for the Alliance for Regional Collaboration to Heighten Educational Success (ARCHES). She has been involved in, and conducted research on, high school dropout and college access issues for more than 20 years. Dr. Mendoza has a doctorate in education from Harvard University and serves as an education consultant and policy advisor to a wide-range of business, government, school, and community leaders in California.
